Receive $100 by mail when you refer a customer that orders a HughesNet HN9000 or HN9000-98 satellite system through National Satellite – an Authorized National Sales Agent for HughesNet – and activates a new HughesNet service account.
How to Qualify:
• Referring Customer (customer # 1) must be an current HughesNet customer with a subscription account in good standing that has ordered and activated a new HughesNet HN9000 or HN9000-98 or Direcway DW7000 / DW7000-98 satellite system through National Satellite for service that is billed directly by HughesNet (formerly Direcway). Your HughesNet service account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days to qualify for eligibility to receive referral rewards.
• Customer Referral (customer # 2) must activate a new HughesNet HN9000 or HN9000-98 satellite system through National Satellite for service that is billed directly by HughesNet. The HughesNet service account for your customer referral must remain active for a minimum of 31 days to qualify for referral reward compensation.

Terms and Conditions:
- 1. New customer referral purchases must be made between 01/01/2008 and 12/31/2008. All purchases made before or after these dates will not be eligible for this Referral Reward Program.
- 2. There is no limit to the number of customers you can refer. Duplicate requests for the same referral customer account will not be honored or acknowledged.
- 3. Referral rewards are only applicable to HughesNet purchases through National Satellite – an Authorized National Sales Agent for HughesNet – for service that is billed directly by HughesNet. Both the referrer (customer #1) and the customer referral (customer #2) must order service through National Satellite to be eligible for this Referral Reward Program.
- 4. Service Activation for customer referrals must occur between 01/01/2008 and 12/31/2008. All service activations made before or after these dates will not be eligible for this Referral Reward Program. HughesNet service for both new customer systems must remain active for a minimum of 31 days. The National Satellite Referral Reward Program applies to new HughesNet subscribers only that have ordered service through National Satellite for service that is billed directly by HughesNet. Upgrades and new activations on used equipment do not qualify. Offer valid for subscribers in the continental United States only. Installations in Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are excluded from this offer. Service activation requires standard credit approval. HughesNet Services will be subject to terms of standard HughesNet Subscription Agreement, including minimum terms and early termination charges. Referral Reward amount includes taxes, where applicable.
- 5. HughesNet Billing Accounts for both the Referring Customer (customer #1) and Customer Referral (customer #2) must be current (paid to date) to qualify.
- 6. National Satellite, HughesNet and Hughes Network Systems will not be responsible for referral reward claims which are lost, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or delayed in the mail. Please keep copies of all documents submitted.
- 7. INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE COPIES OF YOUR HUGHESNET INVOICE will be deemed as noncompliance and will forfeit your right to this Referral Reward Program.
- 8. National Satellite Referral Reward Program is valid only on new HughesNet HN9000 or HN9000-98 Systems activated as a new subscriber on the “Home”, “Pro”, ”ProPlus”, “Elite” or “ElitePlus” service plan after 01/01/2008. (REFERRAL REWARDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE ON RETURNED PRODUCT). Referral Reward checks will be remitted in US dollars. Allow 6-8 weeks for referral reward check fulfillment. National Satellite, HughesNet and Hughes Network Systems are not responsible for lost or stolen referral reward checks.
- 9. National Satellite Employees and Affiliates, HughesNet dealers, distributors, resellers and their employees, as well as Hughes Network Systems employees are ineligible to participate in this Referral Reward Program.
- 10. Participation in the National Satellite Referral Reward Program does not constitute an employer/employee relationship. You understand and agree that you are not allowed to represent yourself as having any direct relationship with HughesNet or any other products carried by National Satellite. You may only represent yourself as a current HughesNet customer that has purchased a satellite system through National Satellite.
- 11. The National Satellite Referral Reward program is designed for word-of-mouth referrals to friends, family and associates from current customers of HughesNet who purchased their satellite system through National Satellite. You may not advertise this Referral Reward program to the public without expressed permission from National Satellite. Parties interested in actively promoting HughesNet through National Satellite should enroll in the National Satellite Affiliate Program.
- 12. You are responsible for all Federal, State and Local income taxes. If your income through this program exceeds $599, you will be required to furnish your Social Security or EIN number for tax reporting purposes and fill out an IRS 1099 Form. All referral rewards exceeding $599 will be held until this information is provided.
- 13. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information, including the use of fictitious or multiple names or addresses, disqualifies this claim and may result in applicant being subject to civil or criminal liability.
- 14. National Satellite reserves the right to request additional information regarding each referral claim, and the right to confirm identification. All documentation submitted becomes the property of National Satellite and cannot be returned.
- 15. This Referral Reward Program is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Carries no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- 16. Unless otherwise stated in these official Terms and Conditions we will not return any documentation or proof of purchase submitted with this offer.
- 17. This promotion may be combined with other promotional offers, rebates, coupons, or discounts through National Satellite. Promotional offers through HughesNet are not subject to the terms and conditions of this National Satellite Referral Reward Program. Eligibility for HughesNet promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by HughesNet.
- 18. This National Satellite Referral Reward Program is administered and funded by National Satellite. HughesNet and Hughes Network Systems are not affiliated with or responsible for this Referral Reward Program. Please direct all inquiries about this Referral Reward Program to National Satellite. National Satellite reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions or end this Referral Reward Program at any time without notice.
